The school is affiliated to the Central Board of secondary education, India and stringently follows the academic, assessment and examination procedures as defined by the Board.

FOR CLASSES I TO V

The scheme of continuous and comprehensive assessment is followed for I to V. The scheme for Class I to V is designed on term assessment basis. The assessment structure and examinations for Classes I to V comprises of 2 Terms i.e. Term I and Term II. In each examination, the portion of syllabus once covered and assessed will be excluded from assessment for the remaining term.

NOTE

  • Four Periodic tests will be conducted out of 20 marks each.

  • Average of 3rd & 4th periodic tests will be added under Periodic test (Term II).
  • All the subjects (Periodic test will be conducted)

Note book submission

First Term : April+ May+ July+ August = 5+5+5+5= 20/4=5 marks.

Second Term : Oct+ Nov+ Dec+ Jan = = 5+5+5+5= 20/4=5 marks.

Discipline

The students will also be assessed for the discipline which will be based on the factors like attendance, sincerity, behaviour, values, tidiness, respectfulness for rules & regulations, attitude towards society, nation & others. Grading on Discipline will be done term-wise on a 3-point grading scale (A = Outstanding, B = Very Good, C = Fair).

Promotion Policy

Promotion will be judged on the basis of Average of Term I (40%)+ Term II (60%)= 100%= 33% students should acquire above in all the subjects.
